Kerry McCracken, Executive Director

The Executive Director provides oversight and direction to the planning, development, and management of the daily operations of The CAC and ensures that the Center delivers the highest standard of care to the children and families we serve.

Jennifer Hill, Assistant Executive Director

The Assistant Executive Director is responsible for The CAC’s External Affairs, community outreach, legal initiatives, child sex trafficking efforts, and Children’s Court Services.

 

Lisa Bourgoyne, Program Director

The Program Director provides oversight, development, and direction for core intervention programming and supports advancing CAC multidisciplinary team best practice standards in furtherance of the strategic vision of The CAC.

Rob Sanchez, Chief Financial Officer 

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, human resources, facility and development functions for a public/private partnership between The CAC Foundation and Harris County.

Karen Kennard, Director of Training and Education 

The Director of Training and Education provides oversight, development, and direction for professional development, prevention, and community trainings, in addition to the children’s services program.
